Refunds and shipping

How we prepare, ship and manage your LIZMWELL shop orders, and our refund policy.
Processing and shipping
We prepare orders within approximately 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Shipments within the U.S. are made with USPS.
You’ll receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order ships. Transit times depend on the carrier.
Shipping costs
The shipping cost is calculated based on the destination and package weight and is shown before completing the purchase where applicable.
Addresses and deliveries
You are responsible for providing a complete and correct address. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect shipping details. If a package is returned due to a wrong address, we may charge for reshipping.
Digital products (non-refundable)
Membership, courses and AI credits are digital products and are non-refundable, including the period already charged. You can cancel the subscription at any time so it does not renew.
Physical products: refunds
For safety and hygiene reasons, physical products cannot be returned once shipped. We only issue a refund in two cases: (1) the item arrived defective due to the manufacturer and this is demonstrated, or (2) the package was lost in transit due to a cause attributable to the merchant.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, write to us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details, and we’ll resolve it with a replacement or refund as appropriate.
