The person behind the community

Hi, I'm Liz. I started sharing what I was learning on my own journey with wellness, GLP-1s, and peptides, and little by little this community came together. What I started on TikTok as @LizmWell I brought here to keep it all in one place.

I try to be as genuine as possible. I know there's so much information out there, and I figure that if I have it and it's helped me, why not share it? I love reading your messages, answering questions, and keeping on creating content that helps you understand how to reconstitute, how to calculate your dose, and what to study for your goal.

Everything I share is educational, in Spanish, and based on my own research and the dosing guides I follow. I'm not an expert and I don't give medical advice: I tell you how I see it and show you the tools so you can verify your own research. For any medical questions, always talk to your doctor.
