LIZMWELL is operated by Liz M. Santana Rivera, operating as “LIZMWELL”, Carr. 690 km 2.0, Calle Luis Palés Matos, Vega Alta, Puerto Rico 00692. By using the site, creating an account, subscribing or purchasing, you accept these terms, the Privacy policy and the Medical and research notice.

You must be over 18 and provide truthful information. You are responsible for the activity in your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Membership is offered via a recurring paid subscription managed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorize periodic charges until you cancel.

You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the period already paid. Digital products (membership, courses and AI credits) are non-refundable. See the Refunds and shipping policy.

Where applicable, physical products are offered exclusively for research and not for human consumption. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction. See the Medical and research notice.

AI features are automated and may produce inaccurate or incomplete information. They are not medical, legal or professional advice, and you should not base health or dosing decisions on them alone.

You keep ownership of what you input. We claim no ownership of the content the AI generates for you, which is provided for your personal use and without warranty of accuracy.

Do not input third parties’ sensitive data without their permission or use the AI for unlawful purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from reliance on AI output.

The content you post (including photos, posts and messages) remains yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and operate it within the service.

You are responsible for what you post and represent that you have the rights to do so. Do not post unlawful, harmful or infringing content.

Do not use the site for unlawful purposes, to harass others, post harmful content, circumvent security or infringe third-party rights. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or put the community at risk.

LIZMWELL’s content, brand and software are protected and may not be copied or reused without authorization, except the content you contribute.

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties. See also our Medical and research notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LIZMWELL will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.

You agree to hold LIZMWELL harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service, the content you post, or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without prejudice to your mandatory consumer rights.

Before going to court, we will try to resolve any dispute amicably: write to us at owner@lizmwell.com. Unresolved disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Puerto Rico.

We may update these terms; continued use implies acceptance.
